Boarding

We do extend boarding privileges for dogs who are crate trained and who have previously completed training programs offered by Kate Walker at The Incredible K9. All dogs sleep in Kate's home, and get hours of interaction, exercise, and attention each day. Kate has a fully fenced-in yard, as well as surveillance cameras installed so that she can monitor your dog at all hours of the day.

$75/night for 1 dog
$125/night for 2 dogs

Boarding includes:

  • A highly structured environment

  • Socialization with other appropriately-behaved dogs

  • Individual playtime, outside, in a fenced-in yard

  • A calm and quiet home with familiar routines

  • Training opportunities that exist organically

Necessary items
  • Dog food in individual, pre-measured, serving-size, ziplock bags

    • Please do NOT send the original 10-40 pound dog food bag/container

    • Please write down any special feeding instructions and include them with your dog's belongings

  • Any remaining balance for boarding, if not already paid in full

    • Payment can be made in-person (cash, check) or online via an electronic invoice

  • An updated contract, submitted electronically, once every calendar year: www.theincrediblek9.com/clients

  • Any updated vaccine document (Rabies and Distemper/Parvo), if not already provided electronically

  • A clean intestinal parasite (fecal) test from a veterinarian within the past 6 months

    • Fecal results can take 2-7 days to receive, so please plan ahead

    • You shouldn't need to make a vet appointment for this, you simply drop off a waste bag with a fecal sample

      • Fecal tests usually cost about $20-$40, and then you'll receive documentation of a parasite-free result

  • Fabric or stuffed toys that your dog could rip apart and ingest

  • Stuffed dog beds

  • Crate

  • Bowls (unless your dog needs a specific slow-feeder bowl)
